Return Policy
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, ofcourse you can! If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.
However, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be intact, as must the product.
- The product must be clearly handled correctly; any damage caused by careless use is not allowed.
- Hygienically important products must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the return costs to the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days, and if conditions are met, will be officially accepted within this time.
- We reserve the right to reject returned products if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and appointed by you receives the last of the products.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the delivery process after the order has been shipped and no refund is possible until the products have been received.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Taupo Trends by means of a clear communication (for example by e-mail) of your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation is complete once we have received the products. The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.
Monitoring of deliveries during transport
As our products are shipped from Asia, shipping times may be longer, over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. However, you can inform us in advance of any cancellation.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all sums you have paid, excluding delivery charges (except for any additional charges that may be incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest we offer), without undue delay, no later than 30 days after the date on which we receive notice of the cancellation and the Products. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in no case will any fees be charged for the refund.
